Leaving full time job for temp to perm role? Any sucess?

I am currently considering leaving my full-time job due to its toxic nature and exploring temporary-to-permanent job opportunities. I have an interview scheduled for tomorrow with a temporary-to-permanent job, and I would like to know the best questions to ask to ensure their intentions of making the position permanent. Although temp-to-permanent jobs pay slightly more than my current job, they do not come with benefits. Therefore, I have calculated that I will be making roughly the same amount, even without paid time off (PTO).
