hello. i (24f) just started a new job as an admin assistant in an agency company. now i must say to get the job is pretty easy i came in an interview and were ask to get to work asap.
the company i work in only got 2 staffs including me + the boss. so now the early days were pretty normal i was taught how to use the system and such. i realize i have to do accounting too. ok still can learn right? although a bit complicated for my dumbass.
so i was still like in probation right, now after a week, the boss only came in 1 or two days a week and i was left with the other staff. i still need somebody to supervise my work as the system were pretty complicated + complicated insurance case…now i found out the staff will take two weeks off to go to a family vacation. obviously i will be left alone handling the work and obviously the staff only went because now that i am here.
so what i think is this isnt appropriate to be left alone. what if i make mistakes. what if i burn down the company . but i want to know what others think. because this doesnt make sense. i feel anxious
