bit of context I didn’t just quit because of my dad not getting discount LOL. It was been lied to over a year about promotions coming in on days off doing above and beyond for the company just for a new manager to come in despite everyone else, still being original staff Not giving my father staff discount on an item. This was never an issue prior to this day. Staff were able to give out their discount too close friends and family since day dot.
Even times like having a “short meeting” so wasn’t necessary for us to be paid because it was under three hours, but the meeting ended up going over three hours, but the boss bought us five dollars pizza from Domino’s. This company and their bosses are a whole other breed.
The fact that the companies motto and every email is “we sell fun” is cooked.
He had ordered for ages which was cleared to put under my name. The one day I wasn’t there anyway all of us the senior staff everyone were getting three hours a MONTH. Our reward KPI FLyEr Pins.
