So basically what’s happening is I’m 16 working my first job as a busser. Currently have a fever and told my manager I wouldn’t be able to come in. She responds with asking for a doctors note to prove I’m sick and if I don’t it’s a no call no show, and I only get 2 of those before I’m fired. Is that really how it works when your an adult??
