Let down by potential employer, again

So a couple things I wanted to get out of the way. First off, Im not so much as mad at the company this time, though I really should be. Second, even though technically I am limited to work part time, if its the right kind of job, I am more then willing to be flexible if need be. With that out of the way, lets get on with it. In the beginning of the month, I applied to a job at a credit union that was advertised as being in the town I live in, with the pay being 18-19 dollars an hour. Now the thing to remember is, finding a good job especially with no college degree and with a disability is hard, especially in a small town.

And even though it was full time, I was willing to apply because it was literally across the street so the drive wouldnt have been terrible.

So I get a call back, set up an interview, which was at a location in a town about half an hour away, and get a job offer less then the lay advertised at that location. Now obviously Im a little confused at why things changed, but at this point I was tired of being rejected so I took it.

Now, Im required to let them know Im on social security to my income limits. Which is what I did both during the interview and oriantation. And during the oriantation, I asked if there were any part time positions available. They said no, and I was ok with that, so I went on with the job offer.

Couple things to note is not only was the job posting info wrong, there were problems feom day 1. Internet constantly going out, lack of actual training due to their training program not working, alot of making fun of customers and co workers going on. To the point it seemed a little antagonistic.

Well my second week there HR messaged my manager something about my part time inquirey and he immediatly gets passive agressive. I try to explain to him the circumstances and he dismisses me.

So I set up a meeting with him the next day he accuses me of being deceptive, and lying to get something. Which is not true. I never said I wasnt willing to work full time. I just asked about part time options available.

Well I guess that answer wasnt good enough for them because they decided to get together with HR and rescind my job offer. It really hurt, because this is the second time a job has revoked its job offer.

And frankly, all things considered, I think I was pretty flexible considering the inconsistancies in the initial job posting. Anyway, I just had to get this off my chest cause it ticks me off hlw hard it is to find a decent job when you've got certain scheduling needs.
