Let’s talk overtime pay.

So I quit my job because my most recent paycheck reflects an absence of 13 hours, 8 of which should have been overtime. Every pay period, you have to sign off on system adjustments to clocking in and out. I finally got access to payroll and realized what is advertised as $15/hr is actually $7.25/hr supplemented to $15/hr by tips hare, which they calculate and distributed every two-week period. So here's my math: They pay you $7.25/hr and then top it off to $15/hr using the tipshare. In other words, if you work overtime, they pay you $7.25 + 50% of that $7.25 and then top it off to $15 using the tip pool. THAT IS NOT OVERTIME PAY!! Am I making sense?
