I work for a place that I feel doesn't treat their employees well. Several instances I've heard of potential labor board violations. We are all in a work group chat. I'm thinking of quitting and dropping my pay in there, so that others can ask for what is fair. From what I've heard, many are being paid a fair amount less than I am as a newbie, despite working there years. Could they do anything about that legally?
