I'm doing my BS and trying to enter IT, finally after almost two years of job hunting got to the final interview with two big companies, the one I was more interested was a technical support role, wich would pay well enough and I could learn a lot on the experiences. I was thinking about this one wich would help me kickstart my career.
Well, after a week and half of not being answered, they scheduled a final interview where I happily discovered that the job they offered me was canceled, and they were interviewing me for a internship opportunity wich my benefits were:
– Less than half the initial wage
– full presencial without chance of changing
– My boss trying to gaslight me that if I work hard, I would get better opportunities soon
And not to mention my favorite
– They literally didn't even warned me about the changes, just interviewed me for the internship and I had to fake a smile.
While I had another offer for more than I would initially earn with them, hybrid work and closer to home with a boss that promised to support me and my only expectations are to learn how to make some processes automatic.
