Lied to again

So I quit my job because the management was stressful, near the end anytime my manager walked into the room I felt my blood pressure shoot up just from there presence. During the interview for the new job, I asked multiple times if there was overtime and if we hit the 40 hours. In response I received, “We have Saturday work sometimes and we get close to 40 hours on a normal week” I accepted, even mentioned I was getting 18/h at my last job but it was part time, I said I was leaving due to the lack of advancement. They tell me I got the job and that HR would reach out to tell me the wage and other finalization documents. When I get the call, they say I'm starting at 14.50, minimum where I'm at. I pause and say, “That's less than what I was expecting, but there is overtime right?” The response: “yes there's Saturday work and milage is reimbursed if you travel to another branch.” I accept. I'm about a month and a half in, I got scheduled for a Saturday, today rolls along and my manager asks me if I've left early this week yet. I say no and ask why, they say since were not allowed to go over 40 they generously let us off work 2 hours early, besides friday or monday, so when we work the halfday on Saturday, we get to 39 instead of the usual 37. And on another note, I was speaking with someone who got hired after I did and he got started off at 18 with a 500 sign on bonus. I told this to my coworker who's been there 5+years with the same title this new hire got and she gets less.

TLDR: I was promised overtime opportunities, they don't offer them.
