Looking to quit my job, but unsure if I should give a 2-week notice.

I’m currently the assistant manager of a Spa, and I’ve decided that I don’t want to work for my employer any longer. The reasons I want to quit are all over the place, but to keep it brief, the reasons consist of problems with my boss who seems to threaten my position often, doesn’t respect time I take with my family, saying that I’m still within 90-days and can be demoted from my position, as well as my main co-worker being extremely rude and questioning my authority, customers are very rude, and overall I’m just not feeling it anymore.

I don’t live in a state that requires a 2-weeks notice, but I don’t know if I should just up and leave. I don’t plan to ever return to this specific employer, but I also feel like at one point they were good to me, I do like some of my coworkers, and generally I would want them to put in a good word for me, but in my prior experience, giving a 2-week notice has always been awkward and generally not useful.

Just curious what the consensus on this would be, if you have any further questions, just ask and I can probably answer them.
