My company is doing its annual employee feedback survey, and they said if we hit 85% participation in it, we get a pizza party. Been daily emails and a couple intercom reminders, and as of the most recent numbers sent out a few minutes ago, the survey has barely broken 70% participation. Today is the last day to do the survey, and I don't see a sudden influx of well over a hundred people suddenly doing it now if they haven't at any point earlier this week.
Maybe it's just me, but had they offered a couple hours of PTO or said we could cut out early on a Friday as a reward, they'd have reached their participation goal easily.
