Hey guys, I just wanted to vent a bit, in my company we get stock options every year if we comply with our KPIs, in my case everything I just had to have a good August and I would get my bonus. Then everything got jinxed, got a ticket from [redacted] to get support for a product isn't even ours. I was very straight forward and told them, sorry X product is not managed by our company, we suggest you to check with X company, if needed we would be more than happy to assist. So this jackass left a 1star review, talked with my manager and they were like sorry, we literally can't do anything, basically this just messed up my customer satisfaction KPI so I won't be getting my bonus.
I'm just disappointed, was thinking about leaving a bad review in their glass door but with my head cold realized that this will only get me in trouble.
