I work in Delaware and know that state laws mandate companies provide 30 minutes unpaid lunch break if you work over 4 hours or so. I don't like taking long lunch breaks and my employer is unhappy that I'm only clocking out for break for 20 min. Do I have to clock out for 30 minutes? Honestly I just work the whole time anyways.
