Apparently using my PTO to attend my kids school meetings and doctors appointments has made my manager bump me full time PTO accrue from full time to part time. I asked about if I hit my full 80 hours instead or work more, would they go back, she shrugged.
They still expect me to hit 80 hours a week still.
Is this a demotion?
Is this legal? She refused to out it in writing.
Currently looking for other employment because of this. (And the shitty work environment.)
