Manager has recently started to ask me to sign 1-on-1 meeting notes, first he said he wanted to keep track of what we talk about during each meeting, then after i asked him if everyone else is doing it too, he said it's just me. I have complained about the workload before so he doesn't like me despite my quality of my work being competent. So do i have to sign this?
