I work at a startup, where technically I'm the only person in my department. I'm basically doing 3-4 roles that an analytics team does (which I've been praised for). It's been almost a year & I had requested for a performance review from my manager (in hopes that I get my bonus). Nothing has happened for over 2 months (I have a feeling that the company doesn't care enough for its' employees, they have no HR). I feel underpaid given the value that I'm providing to the company.
Given that I've reminded them 3-4 times over the past 2 months, and nothing has happened, is there a way out of this besides forgetting about it and just switching companies? In that case, what would be a reasonable notice period (there is nothing in my contract).
