Today I got an appointment added to my schedule for Monday Afternoon. I reached out to the client and asked if I could stop by today as I had an inclination that we could not service the client. I drove my personal vehicle an hour out of the way to meet with said client. After meeting them and talking to them they said “we really appreciate you coming out today and being honest with us and letting us know this is not something you can handle.”
As I was leaving I messaged my manager and said please remove my Monday afternoon appointment as it is not something our company can take care of for the client.
This was his response: I think that's the only appt you have for the week. Let us know if you self generate any. I'll have them stop scheduling for you until you are ready to work.
Essentially this a$$hole blocked my schedule when I was asking him to open it up.
Anyone else dealing with d*#kheads on a daily basis?
