What are a managers options when a consultant/lawyer is brought in to union bust. While I don’t agree with a lot of the devious and deceptive ways the staff is executing their unionizing – I also am not morally comfortable union busting but if I don’t participate I feel my job will be in jeopardy. Please advise. I expect this to go on for a month.
