Does anyone have a manager that constantly gossips and spreads nasty comments about colleagues? Ordinarily outside of work a person like that I’d never talk to again. But not only do we work together, he is my manager so I have to communicate with him. He segways into gossip so smoothly most of the time I don’t know it’s happening. It makes me feel rubbish holding all these negativity and cowardly comments in that he never says to their face. Any tips on how to avoid these conversations? Otherwise I’ll have to leave or quit. I cannot cope with it anymore
