My manager has been away for 3 weeks. The output of the work and the morale of team has been night and day since they’ve been gone.
If you have a competent team, it begs the question: What exactly is the point of a manager?
If anything they make things more stressful than they need to be and are often a bottleneck to the work getting done with unhelpful feedback or delayed reviews.
Anyone else feel similar?
