Hi!
So my manager and I have been working on an account since 2 years. Since they took the account, the account is declining. I knew why, they haven't been doing much and threw all the work at me. At first I would do it then I got burnt out and slowed down. Things were getting worst so their manager looked into the situation and confronted them. they blamed it on me. I had some evidences so I went to their boss and explained everything, the boss was very grateful but at the same time I could tell he was not picking sides, that he didn't see enough to know who was lying.
Today I found another proof that they are lying. I do not know what to do.
- I go to him, tell him about it as it will show I am responsible (her mistake is a big deal this time) but I could be seen as a trouble maker
- Do not say anything and keep this in case “shit” happens but it could make me look bad as this is the second time I noticed it and now I am 98% of what is really going on
