Manager ignoring my availability

I work for a major retail chain headquartered in Philadelphia. I do the 6:30am–12:30pm truck shifts 3x a week plus one or two additional shifts. About a month ago my manager started scheduling me for tons of close shifts, usually 3:30pm–8:30pm (although we usually never make it out until 9). As a result my schedule is basically all early morning opens and late night closes, where I will have to close one night and then be there at 6:30am the next morning. I don't mind doing this once in a while to help out, but my manager has clearly decided that this is going to be my schedule permanently. I don't live in a great neighborhood and I hate walking home alone after dark. As far as I know I am the only staff member who ever has to work a close/open shift. I mentioned to her several times that I really can't work evenings if I'm going to be on the early shift too, but she keeps doing it. So I brought this to the attention of the assistant managers and they urged me to change my availability in Legion (our scheduling app) so I would block off my evenings, which I did – I couldn't access the two most recent weeks because they were already being edited but I was able to change my availability for the week July 30 to August 5. I blocked off 6:00am to 6:00pm every day.

I go to check my schedule this morning and I see that my manager has gone ahead and scheduled me for more close shifts for the July 30–August 5 week, despite my availability changes. How tf do I address this with her? Is she even allowed to do this?
