Manager Retaliating Because I Can’t Work in Fall

I recently told my manager, well soon to be ex-manager, that I won’t be able to work the fall semester. As a result, she decided that she would no longer keep me on for summer, saying that suddenly my position would no longer be offered (which I know is bullshit because she’s training other employees for it who have been there less than I have). I think she expected me to grovel and say I would stay for fall even though I can’t due to schooling, but I managed to get a job that pays double what she was paying me within a week. I told her about my new job offer and her face turned pale so I really don’t think she was expecting it lmao
