It’s not in the dress code, it’s not in the code of conduct. We have never had to tuck our shirts in. He says “it’s the new standard”.. the standard he pulled out of no where to micro manage as usual.
All the ladies at my work, including myself, have expressed to him that we don’t feel comfortable with our shirts tucked in. The pants are god awful, they are super tight to the body, give you a camel toe and are just overall very unflattering One of my coworkers just had a baby and he told her she needs to get more confidence and just tuck her shirt in. He harasses us every time he sees our shirts untucked when we have all told him several times we don’t feel comfortable doing so.
Any advice?
