Hi. Manager has repeatedly touched me / caresses my back when talking to me. Stalks me / follows me around and traps me in small rooms. I’ve reported this to his boss/a regional manager and was told “there is a list of things we’re looking into with this manager and I haven’t got to your issue on that list yet”. He’s now cutting my hours because I expressed I don’t want to be alone with him. Is there anything I can do to make my managers life a living hell right now at work? Do I report this to General HR?
