My manager comes in late, then leaves early every single shift. Her coming in late to a morning shift means I have to sit at the door and wait for her to unlock it. It also means I have to clock in as “late”..
Little did I know she changed her clock in time to 9:00am on the dot, but not mine? My clock in time stayed at 9:40-something.. even though I was on time and ready for work, as always.
Why does she get to be paid for a whole half hour she wasn’t even here? All while I was sitting there, ON TIME, waiting for her to unlock the damn store!
I’m just so sick of this. This isn’t even close to the first time she’s made me late, and probably not the first time she’s fixed her clock in time. F managers!!
