Managers using my signature in my absence.

I'm back with another rant, and I apologize in advance for being annoying. In my previous posts, I mentioned that I hate my job and suspect it to be a toxic environment. I most likely have ADHD (I'm in the process of diagnosing it), and I'm just learning so many things about it that now it all makes sense for me. I just came back in the office after a week sick for COVID, where my boss was insisting for me to come back to work, although I was positive (and feeling guilty about it). Today, while I was going through my deleted emails from when I was out sick, I noticed emails had been sent using my name.

I understand that things come up and someone might need to reach out to customers or handle stuff using my email while I'm away. However, this person is literally pretending to be me, logging into my computer, using emojis I wouldn't use, and so on.

My main concern is a lack of accountability if an error has been made using my personal email without my consent.
The first person that they will blame is me, because I'm new. It had already happened before, and I had already mentioned it to my boss.

What is pissing me off the most is that this person won't get any consequences because she's a supervisor and “friend” of the manager. (Which, by the way, they keep micromanaging me so much, but if they do something wrong, that's fine.)

I've been applying for tons of jobs and have gotten no reply. With my lack of money and ability to concentrate, I can't afford to study in another field. (I'm currently working in customer service position).

I sent an email to the boss, and literally, my whole body is shaking. I'm scared I'll get fired over it.

Am I overreacting, or is what they're doing actually illegal? I suppose it depends by the Company?

Thank you for your time, if you got all the way to the end.
