Mandatory work event, 40 min away from primary work location, no mileage reimb

Trying to explain this complicated situation as best as I can. My work is currently requiring all employees to work three shifts at a haunted trail they own, which is 40 minutes away from the primary work location, and probably an hour away from my house. They have reimbursed us for driving up there in the past, but they will not be doing it this time. In total, with traffic, it’s about an hour and a half of driving, unpaid. I work my normal hours Friday, 8:30-4:30, and then expected to be at the trail from 5:30-12. Don’t have time to grab dinner because of the commute, and even if I did I wouldn’t have time to eat it. This trail is completely unrelated to my job, I work in finance. I’m also disabled and don’t have the physical or emotional capacity to work that much, although I push through…

I’m also disabled and don’t have the physical or emotional capacity to work that much, although I push through because it is mandatory

This company also requires us to work mandatory unpaid events a few times a year (they get away with it bc most of their workers are salaried at ~34k a year, what a joke. they also scarcely give raises) which for a lot of workers at my company is going over 40hrs a week

If things don’t get better in the next two months, I’m out. Everyone I work with is being exploited
