I went to the union a couple of months ago about a manager that is extremely abusive and curses at the employees and retaliates against the staff and I provided physical proof. The head of human resources worked with the union to document what was brought forward and today the head of human resources wants to speak with me alongside my union representative. My union representative told me to go and he would be there also. What should I expect today from human resources and I asked for the entire process to be anonymous, so why do they still need to speak with me?
