Been at my small painting company (in the office) for a good 3-4 years. Still union so I have great benefits and rights. Anyone else go back to the tools after getting the “cushy” office job? Stress level and workload, never ending chaos… expectations to take on after-hours work via emails etc. wanting to see how it worked out for similar people who went back to the tools. PS this is my join a union plug.
