My work relies in my vehicle to carry equipment from one site to another. When asked about milage i was told hourly workers arnt entitled to mileage. If i want mileage i need to clock out while driving my vehicle with the employers equipment and then clock back in when i arrive at the new site. This seems off to me as this has never been the case at any other job iv worked at.
They also highly suggested i stay clocked in and not do mileage as its more work for them and takes longer to get milage. Maybe dont rely on me and my vehicle then if you dont want to pay for my labor and wear and tear in my vehicle
