Started a new job this past March, so far it's been great except two womem in my department. I literally can do nothing right, am constantly under scrutiny and regularly get notices/pointers about what I'm doing wrong.
I've tried being nice from day one, asking permission, asking how to, etc.; but literally everything is met with a stone wall of disapproval and diresion.
I'm not a confrontational person and situations like this seem to always go south for me. Should I buck up and hope it gets better or just look for something else?
