[MO] I’ve been touched inappropriately twice and my “HR” wants us to have a “mediated meeting.” What do I do?

Ahh, sigh. Our HR isn’t real- it’s our office assistant. We literally outsource. She replied saying it’s not optional and I have to attend. I have no interest in attending and I don’t get how someone who has been inappropriately touched is expected to meet with their assailant. I don’t want to attend and don’t think I should have to- how do I push back saying I’m not attending?
