Motivational video and discrimination in the EU

I'm in the EU and I am looking for work in a market that craves people who are native speakers of English. I am one but not from the desired UK/US demographic that the advertisements specify. I know this is discriminatory but they do it anyway and there is nothing I can do about it. I have come across advertisements that require a 2 minute video and I so far I have refused because I know that their only function is to discriminate on criteria outside of my control whilst pretending otherwise. Would you refuse or just make the video and get it over with regardless of the potential for abuse?
