Multi-Million dollar company with employee “Clean-Up Crew Duties”

Despite paying a cleaning company to tidy the office bathrooms, trash, etc., we are also expected to complete a list of Clean-Up Crew Duties and Responsibilities on a rotating schedule. If your department does not complete the assigned duties for your week, then you get a passive aggressive email from the executive assistant. Additionally, we are only required to go into the office a minimum of 2 days per week, but still need to clean even if you're literally not in office. While I will always clean up after myself in shared office spaces, why am I expected to also clean up after all of my coworkers? I am salaried and the company makes over $300 million in revenue.
