Two days ago, my manager (we'll refer to her as C) and I were closing down our store. There was also two other there, a maintenance person who isn't relevant, and the kitchen closer M. It was stressful as my boss had not scheduled enough people to work that night, so things were very stressful on the get-go. As closing shift starts, and we dont close til 11, it was just me working the front counter and drive thru and other things. As 11 rolls around, and since I'm scheduled to leave at 11, I get as much done between orders as possible. Sweeping, Mopping, stocking, etc. Earlier in the night the younger kids working and stuff handled most of that. I get most of the basic maintenance done and ask if I can leave and my manager says yes. So I leave and go home. I came in yesterday and ended up getting screamed at and cussed out by my general manager, for not taking care of everything. He said it looked like a fire happened and everyone ran out, and when C went to defend me and M, he got in her face and got angrier and said we should've stayed later to get it done then (even though hes angry that too many people are working overtime.) My manager had a mental breakdown and had to leave. Tonight I work again and dont know what to do. I might quit if he yells like that again, and on top of it we have an audit tomorrow from corporate (comapny is related to clowns and purple monsters.) On top of that the gm has been screaming at almost everyone, and been a general assbag because he didn't take care of the maintenance the audit would check. There was mold in the walls ceilings freezers, etc. Years of grease built up in various places, and now hes rushing to get it all done last minute.
