My best working experience

İt was at a really tiny cafe. The boss was the cook and I was the cashier. He'd also give me a list of things to buy but he paid for them. The pay was decent and we would not open if any one of us were sick. When there was no customers we would play cards. After a few months things started to get bad for the cafe and profits decreased. He'd always pay the same money until a point where I was getting paid more than him. I even talked to him about it and he said he'd always pay the same wage he promised. I eventually had to leave because I was moving town. We still keep in touch he has opened a bigger restaurant and he says I am always welcome to work. That's how work is supposed to be people. Any workplace that can't afford to pay their workers without overworking them should go bankrupt. Also, always work in places with few workers. The more workers they have, the less they care about you, until a point where they wouldn't care if you died.
