This all started after my OPs supervisor left and my Branch Manager started targeting me with things out of the blue (I work in an aerospace supply chain) I have a whole laundry list of things he’s done that are unprofessional such as snatching papers from my hands and being very condescending or just flat out rude one of my program managers was also targeted. I need some advice because he’s really pushing me to that point of leaving but I enjoy the people I work with. He’s the only bad apple of the bunch and I don’t know how to go about it. Any advice on what I should do?
