With no GM my amazing manager has been pushed to his absolute limit 8am to 9pm open to close for 18 days straight no days off He is salary. This country is a joke “no one wants to work” more like no one wants a salary position still make jack but have the responsibility of an entire store. Feels like I'm living in a weird hell.
