My boss hasn’t given me hours and has ignored me completely.

So I’m 16 nearly 17, and I’ve been working for a month at this new location. I informed my boss a month prior that I would need a weekend in late June off as I had a concert to attend and she confirmed that was fine. She asked me to then work the Sunday of the weekend- as which I said that was fine as it was the Saturday I Couldn’t do- but was going to use the Sunday as a rest day.

In the evening of the Saturday, I realised I wouldn’t be home till around 3 AM.

I decided to message my boss at about 10:00 PM and tell her I was sorry but I couldn’t come in- and I’m sorry for leaving her on short notice.

She left me on read and didn’t ask me to come in for two weekends after.

When it was payday- she didn’t pay me which deeply worried me so I messaged her and asked about it as my other coworker had been paid. She told me she was busy but to send my hours and she would do it. She then paid me at 11:00 pm the next day.

It has been a month and a half since then, and she has not asked me to work at all, and has left my most recent message on delivered not even reading it. She ignores my presence mostly on the work group chat only reacting and talking to my co-workers so I know she is active.

I really don’t know what to do as I need the money and jobs are really hard to come by.
