Feel like I’m going to resign this month.
I have had my recent payrise weaponised against me. I am doing the job of 2 people. My boss is an unpredictable snake who throws his employees under the bus at the drop of a hat. I’m on good money but it’s not worth the constant stomach aches I feel when I have to go to a meeting with him. All my colleagues hate him too and are actively looking to leave. I will be the 3rd person this month if I choose to go. I don’t even want to wait to get a new job first. Ffs.
