I just joined an accounting firm and one of the partner is very disrespectful to me. Usually I would ignore what he says because he is in his 60s and usually rude to others as well. But today he commented “use your brain” for not performing a task I didn’t even knew I had to. I didn’t said anything and not sure what I should do next, should I speak to my direct Manager who is also a partner. I like working with others in the firm, but can’t stop feeing disgusted by this person’s behavior and how he treats me.
