Keeping it vague on a throwaway for obvious reasons I know through sources my boss is trying to blame me for something that is his responsibility and he knows is his responsibility. He is simply trying to save his own ass. How should i deal with this? Do i go HR route but risk severing my relationship with him? Do i ignore it and hope the higher ups see through the bullshit? Do i cut my losses and find a new job?
