Hello, first post. I would like some advice about what can I do to my advantage. My supervisor warned me last week that I was the only one in my department that had on his contract that I work from 9 to 17:30 and I usually get out at that hour..
And that the boss wanted the whole department to leave at 18.
For reference I don't even earn that much, like my salary is barely over the minimum weight in the country I'm working. My supervisor mentioned something about them being unable to make me sign a new contract without giving me a raise.
I wonder if I should mention the new contract with the new hours or not? I know they don't plan and won't give me a raise so it's kinda useless to ask for that unless there's a specific law that says they can't give me more time working without a raise?
Or should I just obey and not mention the contract?
TLDR; Boss told me to stay 30 extra minutes for free for now on and I want to know if that's even legal.
