I work at two hotels owned by the same person I call them the 16 room motel and the 40 room hotel
At the 16 property he stopped providing vinyl gloves for employees to clean with it’s crazy. I work front desk and I’m forced to clean dirty hotel laundry on my shift sometimes I clean stuff in rooms or toilets and I always have to touch used sheets and towels. It’s crazy how he can just say that he doesn’t want to buy gloves anymore. My boss also used to have an older employee who quit she was made to clean rooms even though she wasn’t a housekeeper. Good for her for leaving though.
He definitely has a favorite property the 16 room place is so neglected. We have a jacuzzi and pool and the jacuzzi heat has never worked since I’ve been here haha. Which is like 3 years.
