I have two bosses at this door to door job I have. I normally wouldn't have gotten such a job but the pay is good and the work is easy. One of my bosses is a very good manager let's call her Sally. The other boss is rather the opposite. Let's call him Jim. Sally always answers on time and gives us what we need. Gives smart answers, is dependable and will have our back. She is very understanding and one of the best bosses I have had. Jim leaves me on read for hours at a time, when he does answer he gives the most basic answer. Most of them don't help with anything and he takes forever to give me new neighborhoods to go to. He also forgets to give me things I need and even forgot my name. I was pretty forgiving of him until he called me and accused me of faking my numbers. The app we use is very glitchy and even Sally admitted to it. It doesn't give accurate location all of the time. Also as most people can contest to no one likes having people come to their door to ask their opinions on things. That is my whole job and I don't get too many people willing to even come to the door. The other day I barely had anyone answer the door and if they did they refused to answer. This never happened before but I thought they would be understanding since it was common knowledge people don't like my line of work. Jim apparently wasn't. He accused me of faking numbers and when I told him I can't make people come to the door he basically told me to loiter and ring the doorbell or knock multiple times. Which my other boss told me not to because she didn't want me harassing people. He also said he told me a rule I wasn't following but I have no recollection of him saying that. Seeing as he doesn't remember to do half the things I ask or even my name I doubt he even was thinking of the right person.
