When I went to clock in my co worker said “Hey, did you put your two weeks in?”
I said no, and he went on how they just got some guy to replace me. So I left, I was night shift and told my other coworkers working I'm out.
I informed my boss that I am leaving and didn't appreciate him now at least informing me of his plans to let me go.
Instead I would of been fired out of the blue and replaced like that.
I feel bad quitting on my shift but, to me thats just disrespectful I've given my time and effort and even came in on days that doesn't fit with my schedule.
