My contract is ending in two weeks and I lost my motivation to go to work. They told me in the beginning that I was a temp for a pregnant lady (3 months) with a chance to be permanent in case she doesn’t come back. The girl decided to quit at my 2 months in so everyone was congratulating me that I’ll stay (but no official word or contract). I have no words yet but several co workers have been telling me already if I found a new job yet because I’m nearing my end of contract. Same coworker who took my credit (automated some flows and process with basic Microsoft and power apps). I don’t know what to do and it sucks coming in at work knowing they wouldn’t take me. It’s de-valuing. I’ve been compiling my work and projects (from scratch ‘cause they’re too selfish to provide templates) to delete. Unluckily some files are on their emails already. Nothing much I can do out of frustration.
