Hello just need some advice I already apply unemployment benefit but they have to phone me interview soon so I'm not sure how this would go. Company was technically terminated me base on written and the HR call in told me leave the stuff behind, after I apply for unemployment the company send me the resignation letter but I haven't sign anything yet so should I let the EDD know about this ? , the funny thing is they terminated me but they revoke the termination and send me the resignation instead.
