Well, they already have. They changed our health insurance but we didn't get our new cards and stuff until the VERY LAST DAY, leaving no time to line up new providers, etc. I take a $2000 injection monthly and I'm getting the runaround from the new insurance. Our company handbook states that if we quit, we get to keep our health insurance until the end of the month in which we give notice. So they have me on a new project at work. I work from home but go to my boss house about once a week for instructions for that week's tasks. Today he goes over the work, asks me how long it will take, and I say about 2 weeks. He looked at me incredulously like I was blatantly lying. After working for 10 years together, mainly just me and him.
So I must quit as this is bullshit. I know if I keep trying to get my insurance to pay for this last injection, work will probably pull the plug on me before the end of the month. I'm so fucked over and pissed off. I'm going to GlassDoor and rip them a new one. I'm also going to write to business publications and newspapers as our HQ is in a different state, in a large city.
What can I do to give them a big fat finger where it hurts?? They are already going to be pissed at me. I don't care. As long as it's legal, I want to air their dirty laundry – which I don't have much of. Thanks. F the man.
